U Miami-Dade Outreach Program
The College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures of the University of Miami are committed to implementing and supporting an outreach program to assist modern language K-12 teachers in the International Magnet Programs of the Miami-Dade Public Schools. The University of Miami (UM) main campus is located in the City of Coral Gables. The College of Arts and Sciences offers curricula leading to the degrees of B.S., B.A., B.H.S., B.F.A., B.L.A., M.A., M.S., M.F.A., and Ph.D. Programs focus on Afro-American Studies, Anthropology, Art, Art History, Biology, English, Modern Languages, Geography, Geological Studies, History, Marine and Atmospheric Science, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Sociology, Theatre Arts, and Women’s Studies-Social Science.
