AI & VR Seminar Series

A recurring, informal seminar series open to all MLL faculty and students, covering practical uses of AI and VR in language teaching and learning — tool demos, short talks, and hands-on practice with the Lab's VR conversation booths. See the AI Resources & News page for the current schedule.

IMFLIT Conference

IMFLIT — the International Meeting on Foreign Language Learning in Tandem — brings together researchers, instructors, and program coordinators who work with tandem and telecollaborative language exchange, including partners from the University of Miami's own Virtual Immersion Program.

  • IMFLIT 2014 — first edition, hosted at the University of Miami.
  • IMFLIT 2018 — second edition; view the program and materials.
