When the Program needs additional international partner universities, we identify and contact potential partner universities in other countries and, if they are interested in participating in our VIP, we initiate a process for certifying that they possess the necessary equipment and are able to implement the protocol necessary for successfully participating in our language exchange program.
Once all these requirements are met, the program coordinator at the University of Miami shares, each semester, an online calendar schedule with the times and dates of available sessions. The partner university faculty/students can then select what times and dates are most convenient and reserve them.
